The Floral Confidence Workshop 2020

we make selling flowers EASY

I found the workshop really helpful. You offered practical advice that can be implemented rather than vague theories!!! I would recommend it all florists as it’s positive hear things you already do be re-confirmed as good practice and there are plenty of new ideas too.

Tim,
I have heard great feedback from the staff. The best response I heard was “This is definitely taking us to a new level of sales and customer service.”
I am really looking forward to continuing to work with you down the road. Thank you for your time, patience, and expertise.

Show Notes

  1. We shouldn’t apologize for charging what we’re worth.

  2. People never complain that a flower arrangement is too beautiful.

  3. You’re website isn’t afraid of customers or rejection, and that’s why they typically have a 25% higher sales value.

  4. We need to understand the difference in hearing and listening. Listening is where the opportunities begin.

  5. We often leave sales on the table because we’re afriad to ask. It’s much easier to lower a high price than it is to raise a lower price.

  6. By creating a curated shopping experience you can stream line and make your process more efficient and give your customer a better shopping experience.

  7. Don’t underestimate the value of communicating with your customers to guide them and help manage their expectations.
