Nia is the floral half of LuvShifting and has been a florist for 35 years. After A Level qualifications in Art, Fabric design and Graphics Nia continued onto being a florist gaining distinctions in her City & Guilds and Society of Floristry training. Having worked in various businesses, including famous London department stores, Nia returned to her home town of Southsea on the south coast of England to marry Tim. (who is also the fashion half of their business).

Prior to setting up their current business Nia gained qualifications and experience working with commercial flower growers supplying the best quality UK flowers and bouquet designs to UK supermarkets.

After having their daughter 10 years ago Nia started working from home doing weddings and events.

Our guest this week is Nia Bradley-Hobbs, she is the floral half of LuvShifting. LuvShifting is so much more than a florist. From weddings to kimonos Nia and her husband transform their love of flowers into timeless keepsakes. Through Art, Fabric design and Graphics, floral moments are captured and used to create bespoke fashions and accessories.

5 years ago LuvShifting was born from the desire for Nia & Tim to work together and combine their expertise in Fashion & Floristry. Together they specialise in unique fabric designs inspired by large scale floral installations and by the flower decorations designed by Nia for weddings. The wedding designs can be made into accessories ready to wear at the wedding.
