The go-to floral designer and event planner for occasions around Birmingham and the Southeast, Sybil built her business on Southern sass tempered by graciousness; local blossoms, sometimes from her own garden; and a global sense of what’s hot in the world of international floral design. Currently, Sybil is a contributing editor  at flower magazine. Her column Flower School, which ran in Southern Accents, had a loyal following. Her work has appeared in Bridal Guide, Southern Living, Traditional Home, Creative Home, Southern Living Weddings, Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles, Birmingham Home and Gardens, Coastal Living, Cooking With Paula Deen,  Alabama magazine and Year Round Color, with the editors of Southern Accents.

Sybil also conducts floral demonstrations across the country, where she is a regular speaker at antiques shows, fund raisers, and garden club events.  She would happily repeat three “Floral Themed” cruises with Crystal where she demonstrated and taught flower arranging on board between ports. When she’s not working with flowers, she’s juggling new grandchildren in Alabama and California and working on inspiring our next generation of floral designers. Sybil is the proud author of a newly published book, Fresh.
